These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SearchKing Digital Solutions website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

SearchKing Digital Solutions provides digital marketing services including SEO, AI SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads management, SMO, website development, content marketing, email marketing and branding & graphic design. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between us and the client.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that disrupts our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the SearchKing Digital Solutions name and branding, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for a client during a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant proposal or agreement.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in your proposal or agreement and are due according to the agreed billing schedule. Late payments may result in a pause of active services. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, hosting and software licenses are billed separately and are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Engagement & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, engagements run on a month-to-month basis after any minimum initial term. Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already earned for work completed.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we use industry best practices and continuously optimize campaigns, digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, market competition and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or return on investment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchKing Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
