Most engagements kick off within a week of signing — we start with a discovery call to align on goals, followed by a strategy proposal within 3-5 business days.

We recommend a minimum 3-month engagement since most channels need that long to show meaningful data, but we don’t lock clients into long-term contracts beyond that.

Most plans have no separate setup fee. Larger custom builds, like full website development, may include a one-time cost that we’ll always quote upfront.
Yes, our management fees cover our team’s work. Ad spend, hosting, domains and third-party software are billed separately at cost, with full transparency.
